About the company

"Gala" State History-Ethnography Reserve is one of the very important historical monuments of our country. The reserve includes the 10th-14th century Citadel, ancient houses, tombs and mosques, the Museum of Antiquities, petroglyphs, and the Archaeological-Ethnographic Museum. "Gala" State History-Ethnography Reserve was established in 1988. Its area is 81.5 ha. The museum complex presents expositions that reflect the five thousand-year history of Absheron, the traditions, worldview, and lifestyle of the ancient people. Bronze Age monuments of Eastern Absheron - mounds and dolmens, rock paintings, etc. restored and displayed in its original form.
