Among them are a salad with crispy eggplants and Baku tomatoes and breakfasts from five regions of the country, each of which has its own unique combination of flavors. In the wide and varied menu of our restaurant, great attention is paid to fish. It is always the freshest with us, because most of the fish supplied to the restaurant is caught in the Caspian Sea. Sturgeon dishes are especially good: buglama, shish kebab, syrdag and sturgeon with pomegranate seeds and sautéed onions according to the author's recipe from the chef. The large contact bar occupies a special place in the interior. In the heat, here you can cool off with signature cocktails from the best bartenders of the capital, and warm up with a glass of good wine in winter. We managed to achieve a harmonious combination of comfort and chic in the interior thanks to the use of delicate muted shades. From the large verandas of the restaurant on the first and second floors, a fantastic view of the Caspian Sea opens up. And the light flooding the panoramic windows, combined with furniture made from natural materials, guarantees comfort comparable to the luxury of a country mansion.
