Azerbaijan participates in Int´l Mediterranean Tourism Market in Israel

Azerbaijan took part in the 28^th International Mediterranean Tourism Market (IMTM 2022) exhibition in Tel Aviv, Israel, on March 29-30, Report informs, citing the State Tourism Agency.

According to the agency, the delegation of Azerbaijan Airlines, the Museum of Mountain Jews, the Tourism Department of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and nine other partners demonstrated the tourism potential of Azerbaijan, including Karabakh.

During the visit, the State Tourism Agency of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Tourism of Israel signed an agreement on cooperation in tourism. According to the agreement, the parties will develop cooperation, establish relations between the tourism authorities, tourism associations, organizations and relevant companies of the two countries, including cooperation in historical, digital, ecological, adventure tourism, encourage travel to cultural heritage and religious sites.
