Victory Tour was founded in 2005 by a group of specialists with extensive experience in the field of tourism. In 2010, we had an idea. The idea was to develop the tourism potential of our beautiful country and we decided to do it through a new brand. So «Explore Azerbaijan»  was launched. Victory Tour's headquarters, accredited by IATA - the International Air Transport Association (code 613 2047), operates in full compliance with accepted international standards.

In 2011, the company was certified for compliance with international management standards.

In the same year, Victory Tour won the «Best Tour Operator in the Field of Outbound Tourism» nomination at a ceremony to award the Azerbaijani National Tourism Award, which was founded by the Baku Tourism Information Centre and the Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

In 2019, Victory Tour was awarded at the “1st Azerbaijan Tourism Awards" as the best organizer of business events, and also received a “Certificate of Appreciation” from the State Tourism Agency, the Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau, and the Congress Bureau of Azerbaijan for its contribution to the development of business tourism in Azerbaijan.
